Cairngorm Leader - Cairngorms Local Action Group

The project will provide the opportunity to work in an environment where they will be well supported and where trained staff will know how to break down each task and provide training to individuals at an appropriate level.

Individuals who have spent their adult lives in day care will have the opportunity to interface with the community, through buying and supplying, and will serve to raise community awareness, a higher profile and equality for this client group.

There would also be an opportunity in the future to include young people of school age registered with FACES (Family Association for Children with Extra Special Needs).
