Cairngorm Leader - Cairngorms Local Action Group

· to gain an insight into the current issues affecting the conservation of the natural heritage of Upper Deeside
· to engage with heritage Agencies in developing their public education function
· to express their opinions and thoughts to appropriate Agencies on those issues and
· to develop further personal opportunities in local conservation work.

The course will be a combination of classroom based discussions (4hrs) but a significant proportion (36hrs) will be field based. The activities will be enlightening, entertaining and thought provoking and relevant to anyone who loves ‘this dear place’.
The project was approved on the 1st December 2003.
The total cost of this project was £925 with a contribution of 45% from Cairngorms LEADER+
