Cairngorms Farmers Market (Ref: LEA 072) APPLICANT: Cairngorms Farmers Market Association

To hold a ‘trial’ Farmers Market which would showcase the range of produce and products grown, made, created and produced within the National Park Area. Not only does this allow the public to have direct access to quality local produce, but it allows the farmers and producers to have direct access to potential customers. A market survey of both customers and sellers during the market will result in a report detailing the level of interest in holding such a market on a regular basis starting next spring
This project was approved on the 5th August 2004.
The Total Cost of this project is £1,640 with a contribution of 45% from Cairngorms LEADER+.
